What are these organisations and what are they responsible for?

    * QCAA - Qatar Civil Aviation Authority: is the sole Govermental body responsible for designing policies and supervising commercial air transport activities in the State of Qatar.

    * IATA - International Air Transport Association: is an international trade body, created by over 60 years ago by a group of airlines. And it consists of 230 airlines and the organization represents leads and services the airline industry in General.

    * ICAO - International Civil Aviation Organization: it was established in the year 1944 by 52 nationas whose aim was to assure the safe, orderly and economic development of international air transport.

    the Organization has established objectives for the period 2005-2010 is Safety, Security, Environmental Protection, Efficiency, Continuity and Rule of Law.

    *IATA:The International Air Transport Association is an international industry trade group of airlines.It was created more than 60 years ago. The organization also represents,leads and serves the airline industry in general.

    *QCAA: Qatar Civil Aviation Authority its objective is to promote civil aviation and weather forecasts, accuracy and security.

    - ITs an UN Agency, based in Canada and it consists of 150 member states.It's responsible for safe and secure development.

    CAA
    * Civil Aviation Authority
    - It was established in 2001, it's to promote civil aviation and weather forscasts.

    IATA
    * International Air Trasport Association
    - It's represent some 230 airlines which means 93% of scheduled international air traffic. It represents the airline industry in general.

  7. ICAO stands for International civil Aviation Organization and is responsible for Aviation Safety and the Rule of the air
    The General office based in Canada .

    QCAA stands for Qatar civil Aviation Authority and it is responsible for the organization of the air transport in Qatar airspace . It promots civil aviation and weather forecasts .

    QCAA comprises 5 departments:

    Air Navigation Department

    Air Safety Department

    Department of Air Transportation and Airport Affairs

    Weather Forecast Department

    Department of Administrative and Financial Affairs
    IATA
    The International Air Transport Association
    is an international industry trade group of airlines headquartered in Montreal, Canada .
    IATA was formed on 19 April 1945, in Havana, Cuba
    Today it has about 230 members from more than 140 nations in every part of the world.
