    Services that are provided to meet the customers expactions and to get their satisfaction .
    What are the qualities of good customer service representative ?

    1- To be reliable so the customer can trust you and not be worried.
    2- To be courteous and polite so you can get the customer respect .
    3- To be knowledgeable so the customer can feel comfotable when he talks to you.
    The benefits of good customer service
    1- to keep customer satified by providing a superior services
    2- the customer will have a good image of the comany and will talk positively among his friends and family this will develop the company’s reputation.
    3- he will come back to purchase more things or even bring with him a friend or reletives, which will increase the revenue.
    Four rules of good customer service.

    1- To be polite ,courteous and calm even if the customer was angry about about something.
    2- Treat the customer with respect by listening to them carefully to make them feel that their opinion is being listend too, and encourage them to talk more about the services.
    3- Ask the customers for their opinion and accept the feedback and show them that you are intersted in their opinion and it could make a change .

  2. Customer services are services that provided to customers to exceed customer expectation before, during and after the flight. Customer services are very important to have qualities of good customer service representative for somebody who is reliable to make a promise with your customer and never break a promise, knowledgeable person who knows many things to help his customers, courteous and polite person with communicate with customers, person who clarify is an example of qualities of good customer representative, also person who apologize for mistakes and being annoying and frustrate with customers, finally accepting responsibilities of what person has done a mistake is the most important in good customer services. There are benefits of good customer service like providing superior services to keep customers happy and satisfied. There are two ways of customer services. Firstly when customers are satisfied, they will come back to purchase again, it will talk positively about the service by word-of-mouth which is the most common way and it will increase the revenue of the airline customer services. On the other hand, if the customer is dissatisfied, the company will lose customer which means that it will lose and decrease the revenue and it will damage the reputation of the company and finally customers won’t come again. Finally, I think it’s very important that a company must have the golden roles of customer service such as be honest to your customer, be polite and courteous, treat your customer courteous with respect, be reliable make a promise, be knowledgeable, a apologize and accept responsibilities if you make a mistake and finally ask your customers for their opinion. Get and accept feedback.

  3. Customer service is services that are proved to customers to exceed customer’s expectations.
    The customers are the most important for the airline; they want a good representative who is reliable, knowledgeable, courteous and polite. The good representative will keep a promise, because airlines are always competitive and the customers look for which airlines has good employees who also apologize to them when they make mistake and accept their responsibility.
    Airlines also benefit if they provide superior service, which can keep customers satisfied. Satisfied customers come back to purchase again and talk positively what will build the reputation and increase the revenue.
    There are rules of good customer service. I will list four important of them:
    1) Be honest to the customers,
    2) Be polite and courteous
    3) Be reliable
    4) Ask customers of their opinion to get feedback.

    There are many Ways to keep passengers satisfied for examples, when a customer is satisfied they will purchase again. Also they will talk positively about their experience, moreover that important word of mouth so can many customers will attracted to the airline.
    However customers are dissatisfied he or she will might damage reputation and the company will lose revenue.

    You need to treat your customers politely
    2) Ask your customers for their opinion so can improve your services.
